The analysis and solution of loader fault

1 brake pressure is insufficient

Fault phenomenon:

Brake failure caused by insufficient air pressure is less than the prescribed pressure expression of the pressure value (0.45-0.70Mpa), brake pedal brake response.

Fault reason:

1) gas pipeline leak, the gas cylinder pressure and the pressure is too low, not enough to push the booster pump group force produced.

2) the operation of the air compressor is not normal, do not produce enough compressed air.

3) one-way valve corrosion, stagnation, not to cause the reservoir intake or intake slowly.

4) the oil-water separator drain plug is not tightened, serious leakage.

5) pressure regulating valve leakage is serious.

Troubleshooting:

We should first check the pipeline leaks, and then check the working condition of air compressor. The air compressor outlet tube removed, with the thumb pressing outlet, if the exhaust pressure is low, that the air compressor fault. If the air compressor working in good condition, and then check the oil-water separator oil drain plug or pressure regulating valve, avoid bypass, final inspection tee joint of two one-way valve, one-way valve clamping stagnation will cause into the storage cylinder intake or intake slowly.

2 brake failure

Fault phenomenon:

The loader driving, braking deceleration and parking cannot implement.

Fault reason:

1) the brake pressure is insufficient, cannot push the brake piston action.

2) brake valve failure, the piston stuck or compensation hole and vent blockage can not produce enough air pressure.

3) the air brake pipe, resulting in pressure fluctuation or insufficient flow, cannot push the brake piston action.

4) no brake fluid or brake fluid, brake fluid into the brake cylinder oil leads to insufficient amount of brake cylinder output power is low, cannot push the brake piston action.

5) brake pipe rupture or pipe joints leak, the brake fluid into the brake cylinder oil amount and pressure decrease.

6) afterburning cylinder piston stuck or the sealing ring is damaged, the brake fluid volume and pressure to reduce oil output.

7) caliper disc brake cylinder pressure serious oil spill, oil leaking, don’t push the brake piston action.

8) caliper disc brake cylinder piston stuck, the piston is not action.

9) brake sticky dirt or wear, the friction coefficient is reduced or the brake gap increases, the decline of braking force.

Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting:

1) check the brake pressure, troubleshooting brake pressure, ensure the brake pressure value in 0.45-0.70Mpa.

2) brake pedal when the brake pedal pressure is normal and does not move, the brake control valve piston stuck. The dismantling of brake valve, repair or replacement.

3) brake pedal, pedal position is very low, and then continue to pedal when the pedal gradually increased, but the feeling is very weak and the brake pedal, the braking effect is not good, indicating the air brake system, should be excluded.

4) continuous brake pedal, heavy feeling, but pedal position decreased that brake oil spills, inspection and maintenance should be carried out, if necessary, remove the brake maintenance, replacement of rectangular sealing ring or the brake pistons.

5) after exclusion of the pipe of the air brake pedal or weakness, open the filler cap, found the brake fluid turning violent phenomenon, show that the caliper disc brake seal deformation or damage, we should check and replace the damaged parts.

6) caliper disc brake cylinder piston stuck, should repair the piston and seals.

7) when the brake wear to the original thickness 1/3, should replace the friction plate, to prevent damage to the brake disc.

8) when the brake disc is marked with deep groove or severe deformation, should repair or replace the brake disc.

2.3 brake problems

Loader driving the brake pedal in the end, still can not stop and quickly slow down, continue to slide.

Cause of failure:

1) brake oil pipe or brake cylinder with air, causing oil pressure fluctuations or flow is not enough.

2) brake pedal free travel is too large.

3) brake valve sealing parts, boosting cylinder seals, brake cylinder seal wear serious, or cylinder and piston wear serious and cause leakage, oil spills.

4) brake valve compensation hole or vent obstruction.

5) brake tubing rupture or tubing connection.

6) the clearance between the brake disc and the friction plate is too large.

7) the surface hardening of the friction plate, rivet outcrop or oil pollution.

8) brake fluid quality is not good, easy to heat evaporation.

9) brake pipe sag or block.

Fault diagnosis and elimination:

1) check the brake pressure, remove the brake pressure of the fault, to ensure that the brake pressure value is 0.45-0.70M.

2. When the brake pedal position is very low, and then continuously pedal pedal can gradually increase, but the reaction is small and the braking effect is not good, it shows that the brake pipe or brake cylinder with air, should be excluded.

3) foot brake is ineffective for step under the brake pedal pedal position gradually increased, feel anti force is larger, and braking effect is good. The clearance between the brake pedal free travel and the friction disc and the brake disc is too large, first check and adjust the free travel of the brake pedal, and then adjust the clearance between the friction plate and the friction disc.

4) continuous brake pedal and a heavy feeling, but the braking pedal down gradually that braking system for leakage and inspection, maintenance, if necessary, remove the brake maintenance, replacement of rectangular sealing ring or the brake pistons.

5) after exclusion of the pipe of the air brake pedal or weakness, open refueling cover now brake fluid dramatically changes the phenomenon, show that in the caliper disc brake sealing part is deformed or damaged, the damaged parts should be replaced.

6) when the pedal position is very low, and the position of the pedal can not be increased, the position of the pedal can not be increased, and the obstruction of the air hole or the compensating hole of the brake valve is normally blocked.
